Activate the Enlargement tool first. A point named 'Center' will appear on the screen. Drag the point to setup the center of the transformation. Now you should tap, hold and drag any point far enough away from the Center point. That will change the factor of the enlargement. The distance between the Center point and the location of your second tap defines the scale factor of 1. So for or more or less granular enlargement you just need to vary the location of your second tap.
You can also use the Transformation button to select the objects you need to transform or configure the transformation to copy objects.
